Designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages including; ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device and oxygen) use of an AED, and relief of FBAO. It is intended for participants who provide healthcare to patients in a wide variety of settings.

Intitial Course Length: 8 hours

Refresher Course: 4 hours

Prerequisites: None

Textbook:  AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Text.

Course Times: Second and last Tuesday of every month.  Class begins at 9:00 a.m..

Location:  Course is held at STAT Emergency Medical Service, Inc. Main Campus or can be arranged at your site.

Certification:   CPR Card with 2 year certification (American Heart Association).
